Permanent and irreversible action
Deleting your account permanently removes all your loyalty points, rewards and activity history. This action cannot be undone.
Option 1 - Delete from the app
The fastest method. Follow these steps in the App:

Open the App
Launch Carte Fidélité Maroc and sign in to your account if needed.

Go to the “More” section
Tap the “More” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

Find the “Delete account” button
Scroll down to the “Delete account” button, located just below “Sign out”.

Confirm the deletion
Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap “Confirm deletion”.
Deleting from the App is instant: your account and data are permanently erased within 30 days.
Option 2 - Request by email
If you no longer have access to the App, send an email to:

Deleted data
Permanent deletion (within 30 days)
- Profile information (email address, display name, profile picture)
- All accumulated loyalty points
- All available rewards
- Full activity history (collections, redemptions, businesses visited)
- Push notification tokens and device preferences
Temporarily retained data
- Anonymized analytics data: up to 14 months (Firebase)
- Crash logs: up to 90 days (security)
This data can in no way be used to identify you personally.
